Their innovative process uses simple fermentation to create flavorful, meat-free products. Koji-Meat offers a taste and texture comparable to traditional meat while being environmentally friendly. It uses 92% less water, has a 91% lower land impact, and reduces CO₂ emissions by 9 kg per kg of product compared to animal protein.
