Pangaea Ventures Leads Nautilus’ Series B, Adding to Portfolio

Nautilus Data Technologies has announced the close of a Series B round, led by Pangaea Ventures, to accelerate the global expansion of its facility-scale liquid cooling platform for data centers. The funding will support deployment of Nautilus’s high-efficiency, water-based cooling solutions across both new builds and retrofit projects, helping operators manage rising power densities while reducing energy use, emissions, and operating costs.

For Pangaea, this partnership reflects a shared view that data center cooling is at a major inflection point, with liquid cooling emerging as critical infrastructure for AI-scale computing and a more sustainable digital economy. Nautilus’s approach aligns with our focus on hard tech that can be deployed at meaningful scale, turning advanced engineering into infrastructure that is both commercially competitive and materially better for planetary health.
