Dr. Daniela Proske

Daniela Proske is looking after BASF Venture Capital activities in the North American region since June 2010. She started her BASF carrier in BASF intermediates division in October 2006 where she was responsible for business development, marketing and sales of specialty chemicals.

Before joining BASF SE, Daniela was the Financial Director and cofounder of a Life Science company in Munich serving the pharmaceutical industry with new tools to accelerate drug discovery and target validation. She received her PhD in biochemistry from the Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich in 2001 and complemented her studies with a diploma of finance at the St. Galler Business School, Switzerland in 2004.
