Investment Banker and Former Associate Director, Technology Investment Banking Group, Bear Stearns
Brian is an investment banker with over 13 years experience structuring and marketing financial transactions in wide range of industries. Most recently, Brian was the Associate Director, Technology Investment Banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., one of the premier investment banking firms based in the United States. Brian was responsible for managing the firm's relationships with venture capital firms in Silicon Valley and across the US. Prior to Bear, Stearns & Co., Brian was a director and principal at Jolson Merchant Partners (JMP), a merchant bank based in San Francisco. Brian has also held senior positions at Jefferies and Company, an LA based, full-service investment bank, Atlas Holdings Group, Inc., and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Brian holds an Honours Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
